We just bought our first trailer!! Thank You Cold Springs!! Joe,Scott,Woody and Ray were awesome! They made our trailer search come to a conclusion by helping us but our first Trailer! I found the people at Cold Springs to be the most helpful of all of the the RV dealers in my area. The service was first rate and they didn't push items I didn't need on me, something I really appreciated. I recommend them to all I come across. more

Worst RV company to deal with 12/18/2011

I have never been treated so poorly in my life after the sale. Purchased a used RV and paid for an inspection, so much for that idea. Found black mold in the walls and ceilings, water damage thru out, They should have dumped the trailer, oh ya, DUMPED was on the tag. Thanks for fuxxing me Cold Springs RV, (Jeff Woods). Would never recommend them to anyone.......... Reported them to the better business bureau.. more

Positive Warranty Work Experience 8/18/2011

My generator, still on warranty, was broken. The dealer who sold me the generator was not an authorized dealer to fix a genrac unit. So I took my unit to Cold Springs, an authorized genrac service provider. I was very pleased that they had a skilled generator mechanic, which apparently is hard to find. Despite the fact that I hadn't bought the unit at Cold Springs and some confusion regarding the warranty, the service team at Cold Springs were able to solve the mechanical problem, were extremely polite and professional and were willing to find a cost compromise that was fair under the confusing circumstances of the warranty terms. So, I recommend Cold Springs RV service and I would certainly choose them again for an RV service need. more

Very Poor Service Department 3/27/2011

Brought in my Allegro Bay for warranty repair on my leveler jack. The service department took a look at it and said all it needed was a little fluid. We paid the fee, did some camping and again had the same problem. We took it back in again for warranty repairs for the same issue. When we dropped it off the person at the desk said that there would be a $100 diagnostic fee that would only be charged if no warranty problem was found... if they found a problem covered by the warranty then the warranty would cover the fee. When we picked it up, they again said all it needed was some fluid. We paid the service fees along with the $100 diagnostic fee and went on our way. A few days later, on a trip to Maine the problem was still there. Going thru Epsom, NH, we stopped at Bill's RV and had them look at it. They discovered a faulty part, called the warranty company, got authorization that the service was covered and did the repairs. Everything has been working great since then. Bottom line? Two ruined vacations, and several useless trips to Cold Springs for warranty work. Needless to say, I'll never do business with Cold Springs RV again. more
