Review content:
I visited this clinic in September 2008. I called earlier in the day and inquired about appointments, to which they replied they didn't take them and to just come whenever during their operating hours. Since I am new to the area and didn't have sick time built up, I chose to go right after work. When I left I was charged the $20 copay, and I thought I was done. Then I received my Explanation of Benefits from my insurance company, and I was appalled to see I had been charged for additional items. Not only was my office visit (no lab work) $210, I was also charged $50 as an urgent care fee and $50 as a special hours visit (I assume because it was after 5). I was explained that the $210 was because I am a new patient. Never in my history of visiting an urgent care have I been assessed such fees. From my experiences, a doctor visit has cost $80. I would have come during work hours had I been told on the phone that coming later would result in additional fees. I would recommend going elsewhere if at all possible.
Pros: Clean, friendly staff
Cons: Don't explain that coming at certain times will result in additional fees
