Review content:
While the nursing and office staff at this clinic were very pleasant, I found the physician to be incompetant. I basically told her my diagnosis and she prescribed antibiotics when they were clearly not indicated (I needed steroids, which I ultimately was able to get from my primary care doctor). I found myself wondering if this physician really had a license to practice medicine in the United States. In addition to her lack of knowledge, she was extremely unprofessional. There are many hidden charges, including a ""special hours"" charge. Unnecessary tests were ordered, which ended up costing me. Overall, I would advise you to STAY AWAY from Chapel Hill urgent care. I would never allow anyone I care about to go to this horrendous clinic.
