Im really glad that we overlooked the reviews and went ahead and rented from them. We lived in a house we rented from MTM for about 18 months and they were amazing. Never had a single problem. I think those who have written poor reviews were probably breaking their lease agreement in some way. We just received our deposit and not a penny was deducted. Its so sad that more people don't post their positive experiences so all you see are the few that didn't have a good experience. Also, Marv was awesome, I don't understand how someone couldn't like him. He was always so kind and personable. As was Cricket. My only regret was not being able to find a new house with MTM.
