Do NOT use MTM Property Managment...under any circumstances!!! We used them and only lasted a month in the house before we could not stand them anymore and we moved. They broke into our house in the middle of the night and destroyed our personal property. They charged us fines for things that we did not do. They lied to us many times...saying the house had things that it did not. They NEVER return your phone calls. Mary (one of the employees) is Hitlers long lost sister.
