My family waited for an hour to be seated only to have the staff seat people seemingly at random because they ran out of control. The name list became useless and people started negotiating with the staff in Chinese. Although we speak Chinese, we were no match for those accustomed to such places and how they are run. We ended up taking out the food so that our wait would not be for naught. After all that, we found the dim sum to be merely average.
Pros: Seating is available in off-hours
Cons: Long wait at normal meal times and disorganized staff
