Massey Yardley Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram

Took my car for a service recall and when I picked my car up there were scratches all over my car, it like someone keyed my car deliberately because I refuse their repair service that was so expensive, my radio was on a Spanish station, so I know they messed with my car & then the Manager Ron & Ted have the audacity to justify this by saying my car is old and have a lot of mileage. I have never seen such ignorance and stupidity, no apology and that they are not taking any responsibility for the damage, now I know where not to take my car for repairs...This is the worst Chrysler dealer I have ever been to, which says a lot for the company, my husband has a Dodge and we love our cars, but for this poor service, we are rethinking. Lack of trust.. more

The drove my car for an appraisal and scratched the front of it. They admitted they scratched my car in the police report, but refuse to pay for repairs. Now I'll have to waste my time in court. more

I have returned to Massy for a new vech. I buy American made cars and this is my 3rd with them. I will keep buying as I know they will never shut down and go away and their serv. and bodyshop are awesome.. NC sales was great.... love them more

This is a very nice place with a large amount of cars to choose from both new and used. The staff was friendly and the salesman was not too pushy. I was not at all uncomfortable in there while I was searching for a new car. The service people were also nice and if I decide to buy from there, I don't think I will have a problem with them. more

I recently went to Massy to have my vehicle looked at because I had ticking noise under the hood and of course being a girl Im not very mech. inclined and I felt dumb, but they made me feel right at ease and they were all so very nice and so willing to explain everything to me... A place I will def. visit again.. more
