Absolutely nothing has been done by the management in regards of a fire suppression system alarm going off for 2 months already. The management has told us that someone will come and fix it, but nothing has happened yet. I dont know if they are waiting for a desaster to happen when - God forbid - there is a fire in the middle of the night, and instead of the fire suppression system saving our lives, all we will hear is the horrible beep we have been hearing for 2 months at 4am. this is not a comfort issue. my son has been having problems in school due to lack of sleep, and when we brought this point to the manager, she had the NERVE to tell us to move him to another room...as if the noise was limited to my 7 year old boy's bedroom. What kind of answer is that? I am sure the SA fire department would love to hear that the property is not doing anything to keep this crucial safety system running properly, but procrastinating and giving the tenants useless stories about some person coming soon to fix the issue. also, the trash compactor (only one for the whole complex) gets full and the trash ends up on the floor. I mean, dozens of trash bags. For extra fun, the nocturnal animals eat from the trash, adding to the overall mess. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE. YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!
