The basics: This apartment property has changed managment 3 times since we moved in May of 2007. I am SO thankful to be out of there. If they tell you something, GET IT IN WRITING. The staff is generally untrustworthy and rude. We had so much trouble after we moved out getting the water bill out of our name. We were receiving water bills three months after our lease was up becasue management failed to do their job and put it under their name. It was a huge hassle and they were not helpful in fixing the problem. I finally had to beg the water company to go against protocol to let me cut off service. Pros: Not any that outweigh the cons Cons: rude staff, high prices, unethical business practices
