MANAGEMENT SUCKS....the a/c in my apartment has gone out 6 times within the last year i was told it needed a new coil for it to functin properly. i brought it up to Kristy a, horrible excuse for a manager, that this was needed she told me that they were hesitant to order the piece because its so expensive...i told her so was my rent but its still expected on time so the piece needed to be ordered asap, being that my apartment is on the 3rd floor! IT NEVER HAPPENED..i followed up several times only to be told it was on back order followed by excuse after excuse...my a/c went out again so i called to speak with Kristy to ask why this is happening and why the problem still had not been fixed, all the dumb idiot could say was ""she honestly forgot"" she then continued to interrupt me...i finally asked for her boss' name and number and i have never gotten a call back regarding my complaint to him...not to mention they take DAYS to complete a work order the pool looks like crap and the gates NEVER work....i am so upset with this apartment and want it known it's not worth the time or money to live in this place to deal with a person like Kristy who doesnt care about her job or the people she is supposed to be there to help with problems such as these....
