Review content:
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. We were outside, told to go in. Told inside that if you want to sit down you had to go outside. Went outside, told to go in to get someone to seat us. Then we ordered inside and they said since we already ordered we weren't allowed to sit at their tables but we could sit at Starbucks next door. I'll be sitting at Starbucks from now on because I won't be going the the Steeping Room again.
