She is the one who thru a fit because I asked her to do something and she did not want to be inconvenienced. Second, we do not take a damage deposits. We take Non refundable move-in fee's. If Kris was really moving into Hilby Station she would of know this. Third, Kris and her husband never had an application on file with me to rent an apartment. I have never met Kris until the day that I asked her to move her vehicle, which wasn't that much to ask. As you can see, her statement above just untrue. My apartment community is a beautiful complex and I work very hard to keep it as such. I enjoy my tenants and I am not rude to them as Kris (who is not a resident) mentioned above. Come in and personally meet me..you will see after meeting and dealing with me that I am not the person Kris is making me out to be. I treat all my tenants with respect and expect them to follow the rules of the complex.
