Yes all of these reviews are correct, do not rent from them at any cost or special they may offer you. They will put you in collections for anything they can think of. Not only the managers on the site do not do their work, but the douglas management is doing everything to squeez the last penny you have. They put me in collection for not taking out my trash (christmas tree packed), i didn't even live there, yes i left it, thinking that they may donate it to someone, i'm sure the manager kept it for herself. now they are claiming that i staied there 2 extra days, yeah sure, i wouldn't stay at that dump for my last months of the rent contract, but they are saying that i staid 3 extra days after my contract was over. I cleaned out my apartment even though they kept my $350 deposit, and they still didn't apreceate me cleaning it from top to bottom they still put me in collections. Rent an apartment that has good reviews, not bad, no matter how much they cost, they will actually save money after you move out.
