Review content:
There is only ONE WAY to get to the food court for people with strollers: The ONE elevator that serves the entire 3-level mall. Of course, there are stairs, but who can use them when you have a stroller to haul? The elevator is large and fits a ton of people, so by the time everyone on it departs, the doors start to close and you miss your ride. There have been SO many times where I've frantically pushed the button on the outside to get the doors to open, but that never works. I've also almost had my hand squashed more times than I can count trying to get it to stay open. It's not exactly user-friendly and most definitely NOT a ""smart"" elevator. You just have to be very lucky that someone is still inside to keep the door open for you or get some large part of your body in between the doors so it can't shut, or just be super aggressive with it and get in there quickly. It's really a pain when that's the only option and the dept stores' elevators aren't going to do you any good because they don't go to the Food Court. VERY BADLY THOUGHT OUT.
Pros: kiddie play areas, coupon kiosk at cust serv
Cons: one elevator, poor lay out, bad store selection
