WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was very disappointed at the Ez cafe. I've never been treated so poorly in my life. (I'm not exaggerating.) I'm always very pleasant and nice when I got to restaurants (I used to work in one!), but the staff here was so rude and uncaring. There were no ""Thank you."" They messed up my order, and I politely asked them to redo it because THEY had made a mistake (no big deal, it happens) and they gave me attitude. I was flabbergasted. Yeah, they have free wifi, but does every coffee shop in town now a days. The laundry mat was okay. Not the worst I'd seen, but it was really small and they didn't have enough ""small"" washers for people to use (only like 4 or 5). I was stuck using the bigs ones, which cost me more money... You know, I'd probably would have giving the laundry place another try, but the customer service was so bad, I frankly don't want anything to do with this place. The staffe completely ruined the entire ""happy- friendly-cool"" concept it is trying to sell to people. Will not be coming back.
