Ez New Web Laundromat & Cafe

After reading some good reviews and some bad ones, I decided to give it a try as I live nearby. I decided not to do the laundry here because of the price. I simply went for coffee. The coffee itself is okay but there was absolutely no ""thank you"" no smile no nothing. They did not mess up my order but the way they treated me, I will never forget. If this place were a trashy donuts place with low prices, I wouldn't probably care. It's hard for me to believe that this place is trying so hard to be a ""hip"" coffee place without knowing the basic rules. Yum Yum donuts could be way better than this place. STAY AWAY! I went to check out this place after having seen a lot of reviews on it. What an awsome concept... I dropped of my clothes for Fluff & Fold and got it back the same day, perfectly folded and wrapped beautifully in blue paper - not the plastic bags you get in some places. Plus the price was very affordable at $0.99/lb compared to what other places charge (anywhere from $1.25 to $1.75/lb. AND they deliver for free. I will definetely let them do my laundry from now on. Dry cleaning is also available. Talk about saving time. more

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Go to starbucks or coffee bean and get free internet and AMAZING coffee. this place is way overpriced and the people that work here are very unfriendly and just plain... mean. Don't like it here one bit. They tried to make the place have a ""cool"" vibe, but it was very dirty and looked very cheap. Pros: Nothing Cons: Everything... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was very disappointed at the Ez cafe. I've never been treated so poorly in my life. (I'm not exaggerating.) I'm always very pleasant and nice when I got to restaurants (I used to work in one!), but the staff here was so rude and uncaring. There were no ""Thank you."" They messed up my order, and I politely asked them to redo it because THEY had made a mistake (no big deal, it happens) and they gave me attitude. I was flabbergasted. Yeah, they have free wifi, but does every coffee shop in town now a days. The laundry mat was okay. Not the worst I'd seen, but it was really small and they didn't have enough ""small"" washers for people to use (only like 4 or 5). I was stuck using the bigs ones, which cost me more money... You know, I'd probably would have giving the laundry place another try, but the customer service was so bad, I frankly don't want anything to do with this place. I went to study here especially since I saw it featured on Season 4 of Entourage. In the morning there were a few people with orders and one employee who made wait time pretty ridiculous but my oatmeal totally made up for it. The laundry mat is next door I didn't go in but I sat down at the cafe part. A few outlets for laptops (free wireless) and a several available computers with free internet access. The food is really good the place is a bit small though. Parking for once is NOT a hassle. more
