Review content:
My experience was that the person who approached me (who said her name was ""Kim"" and I suspect may be the same person who wrote the glowing review here), was very confident about what I wanted. Forget the fact that she didn't look at the photos I brought with me and chuckled when I showed her a wall fabric swatch I wanted to compliment. She kept pulling out painting after painting from a back room without any real grasp of my needs. This one employee needs to learn to listen before running about trying to guess what the client wants. I gave up. Certainly not ""horrid"", just very frustrating and not very helpful. I found a magnificent salesperson a few feet away at another gallery.
