I'm not sure what it takes to win a BBQ competition, but evidently not good BBQ! As an avid fan of BBQ and someone who has eaten at every BBQ plane in Des Moines that I know of, I found their ribs to be terrible, their pork to be disappointing, and their sauce to be way too sweet for even a KC style sauce. I definitely wouldn't recommend them as a caterer, especially since their prices are so high!
Pros: At least as a caterer, I guess you can choose to not use him
Cons: Just not good BBQ!!! And Woody was very smug!
