I came in from out of town with my family and the driver, Alex was extremely nice and accomodating. I notified him a week in advance that we'd be coming in at JFK. He took my flight number and tracked it to make sure he'd be on time. Our flight was delayed and when I got off the plane I had a message from Alex saying that he knew about the delay and would be waiting for us. Sure enough....there he was!!! Plus the mercedes was beautiful, clean and spacious. Just what we needed coming off our trip. I highly recommend NY Luxury Car Service to everyone! They were extremely professional and a pleasure.
