I flew in from San Diego two weeks ago and NYLuxury was at the JFK airport waiting to pick me up with a sign. The ride was smooth and clean. Very professional indeed. Dropped me off at my hotel right in the heart of new york city, and we had a blast! I can't wait to go back to new york city. And I will definitely call back ny luxury car service next time I head into town. Thank you more

Lovely Service! 9/4/2007

My new husband and myself just returned from our honeymoon in New York. We had the privilage of meeting Alex our second to last day there. And I am so Glad we did!! He took us into downtown to do the shopping and the whole way there he showed us the city. Alex gave us a tour as we drove and while we were shopping he stayed with in sight of us at all times.Which I was so grateful. That saturday we spent almost all day with him and was perfect. When he dropped us off at the hotel we booked him to take us to the airport the next morning and I am so glad We did!! Our flight was cancled...which we had no ideas about, and we had no idea what to do!! To make a long story short, 5 or 6 hours later after trying to get on flights, we called Alex. He came instantly to get us. He then took us to find a new place to stay, and then came back to pick us up at 5:50 AM the next morning!! Pros: Everything!!! more

Perfect Gentleman - The Best Car Service in Manhattan 6/13/2007

I came in from out of town with my family and the driver, Alex was extremely nice and accomodating. I notified him a week in advance that we'd be coming in at JFK. He took my flight number and tracked it to make sure he'd be on time. Our flight was delayed and when I got off the plane I had a message from Alex saying that he knew about the delay and would be waiting for us. Sure enough....there he was!!! Plus the mercedes was beautiful, clean and spacious. Just what we needed coming off our trip. I highly recommend NY Luxury Car Service to everyone! They were extremely professional and a pleasure. My engagement proposal relied on this service and let me just say not only did everything work out perfectly, but it exceeded my expecations, and then some! The Mercedes was stunning, and the driver was punctual, super professional, and added some finishing touches that made our night extra special. We had our wedding at Wave Hill, and hired two amazing drivers. A beautiful Mercedes Benz and a beautiful BMW both. The ride was smooth and we felt very comfortable.
