Review content:
In April and May I had to have my furnace worked on and used my Globe Home Warranty. The service company was fantastic, however the home warranty company STILL has yet to pay them and they do have an approval code, etc...all they need. Globe Home Warranty has been telling us since the end of August that their checks were being sent out...it is now October 19, 2007. This is the only home warranty company I have ever had a problem with and will not be renewing. Please beware and choose another company if you are looking!
Pros: My realtor paid for this and not me!
Cons: Won't pay, won't return phone calls.
