Red flags and warning bells went off in my head both times I called this place. The phone was answered with ""hello?"". Not the name of the business, not any sense of decorum. Second time I called (when I booked the appt.), I coulda swore he was slurring a bit. I shoulda listened to myself. But I thought ""hey, he's a lot less than the others, and steam cleaning a sofa isn't exactly rocket science"". Well, apparently the actual act of showing up is. So, here it is, an hour after he was supposed to be here--no message saying he's gonna be late, no clean sofa. I did, however, get a (monetarily speaking) free abject lesson in why you should always go with a place that comes off as professional, even for something as stupid as steam cleaning. Course, those who know me know my thoughts on time as a valuable commodity - and how much I HATE having mine wasted - understand that this guy committed an unforgivable cardinal sin in my world. Pros: He's really cheap--$0 Cons: He's cheap because he never shows up to do the work
