Interior Face Lifts

You should call this guy. We have 2 dogs and heavy traffic in our house. He got all the stains out and alot of rough spots and I do mean rough (bark). If u need your carpet clean please do give him a call. So I will call him again in the future if I need it. more

Called and asked if I could get my carpet clean I.F.L. came and did a fantastic job!!! Had 2 rooms that were filthy (and i do mean filthy) and they got out stains,rough spots, and even placed a nice deoderizer down afterwards. Gonna have a party for the Super Bowl!!! I called on Wednesday to have my carpets cleaned for Saturday. He showed up about 10 minutes before our appointed time and had a look at the task at hand. He had his work cut out for himself as I had just adopted a puppy two weeks prior and my teenagers are pretty hard on the carpet. Personable, professional and courteous throughout. I was really surprised that he was able to get the carpet looking great again. Now we will be able to let our baby girl scoot around on the floor without being grossed out! AWESOME JOB!!! I strongly recommend Interior Face Lifts to anyone who wants their carpets cleaned at a better price than the big shots with a personal touch. more

I read a very negative review of Interior Face Lifts and decided to write a review of my own. I have known the owner of Interior Face Lifts for five years. I have used his services several times to clean carpets and once to do all of my livingroom furniture. Each time he was on time, acted in a professional manner, and I was very pleased with the outcome. I have had several negative experiences with cleaning services and highly recomment Interior Face Lifts for the service and the price. Pros: Great price, excellent results more

Red flags and warning bells went off in my head both times I called this place. The phone was answered with ""hello?"". Not the name of the business, not any sense of decorum. Second time I called (when I booked the appt.), I coulda swore he was slurring a bit. I shoulda listened to myself. But I thought ""hey, he's a lot less than the others, and steam cleaning a sofa isn't exactly rocket science"". Well, apparently the actual act of showing up is. So, here it is, an hour after he was supposed to be here--no message saying he's gonna be late, no clean sofa. I did, however, get a (monetarily speaking) free abject lesson in why you should always go with a place that comes off as professional, even for something as stupid as steam cleaning. Course, those who know me know my thoughts on time as a valuable commodity - and how much I HATE having mine wasted - understand that this guy committed an unforgivable cardinal sin in my world. Pros: He's really cheap--$0 Cons: He's cheap because he never shows up to do the work more
