Review content:
The last review for this Publix was written in 2008; I think that is pathetic. For all these years, satisfied customers have been taking for granted the greatest service personnel in the industry and have said absolutely nothing about it. Jim Spelling is the GM of this location and as far as I am concerned, this man is the epitome of great management and wonderful customer service. The last review correctly stated that these employees are led by example and that is correct. For example, I suggested that Mr Spelling check out the best soft drink made (Boylan's Cherry Soda); in no time at all, he had the product on the shelves ready to be purchased. Mr Spelling is a first rate leader and he had selected a staff that follows his lead and treats each and every customer like Royalty. I am uplifted each and every time I visit this Publix location. Kudos to the entire staff and Management.
