I've been an Albert's regular for almost the time they opened. Kory's smoker fills the air with the sweet smell of outdoors that whets my appetite. This year I finally was able to fit in some of his smoke Turkey for Thanksgiving. I've heard great things about the smoked turkey and can now testify that they are TRUE. Great smoke ring around the edges with the authentic smoke flavor pentrating deep into the meat. The slices of smoked breast meat we had were tender and still moist. So often, many smoked poultry meats are dried out. Kory's BBQ sauce adds the icing. Just the right amount of sweetness and spice w/o overdoing it.
