I've been an Albert's regular for almost the time they opened. Kory's smoker fills the air with the sweet smell of outdoors that whets my appetite. This year I finally was able to fit in some of his smoke Turkey for Thanksgiving. I've heard great things about the smoked turkey and can now testify that they are TRUE. Great smoke ring around the edges with the authentic smoke flavor pentrating deep into the meat. The slices of smoked breast meat we had were tender and still moist. So often, many smoked poultry meats are dried out. Kory's BBQ sauce adds the icing. Just the right amount of sweetness and spice w/o overdoing it. more

Albert's BBQ is without a doubt the best BBQ available in Colorado. Kory works his magic in the kitchen before firing up the smoker and the combination of his dry rub and the hours of temprature controlled smoke create melt in your mouth BBQ that combine the perfect spice, with the rich flavor of the meat itself. The Beans and Things should probably be regulated for the euphoric feeling you get as you bite into a large chunk of smoked meat mixed with the fantastic baked beans. Our family has even begun the tradition of Alberts ribs as our Chritmas Eve dinner every year, although it usually makes the Christmas Day meal seem a little less exciting! If you are in need of a catered meal for any special event from a wedding to a business meeting to a moving party, Alberts BBQ will thrill and satisfy your guests. First Friday is almost like a Holiday when we can stop by after work and buy some BBQ to take home and enjoy. Try them out! It is the best in the state and perhaps the nation, I just need to try a lot more places before I can say that for sure! more
