Review content:
I took a Strat and a Tele in to Randy to have him do a the pro setup on them, and I was amazed at how good the work was. He was courteous, paid attention to my preferences as a player, and had my stuff done in under a week. When I picked up my guitars, I was very happy to see how much care he put into them. When I went in, I didn't tell Randy that I play for a living, just to see how me and my gear would be treated, and when I checked out the guitars at the shop and played a few licks to see how they felt, he said, ""Oh, I didn't know you were a real player!"" I said, ""No, you didn't, and you still treated my stuff the same as you do for the famous guys. Thank you."" Randy is first-class, all the way. Charlie at the Kirkland shop is a great guy, too. He called me no fewer than three times one day to talk to me about some special mods and setup work I asked him to do, just because he wanted to make sure he did it how I wanted. Parsons all the way, guys.
