On my most recent visist I waited for over an hour to be helped and it took 2.15hrs for the entire appointment for what turned out to be a total of 32 minutes of actual dental work. The dentist argued with me about getting a shot, told me i needed one, and then once he started working on my teeth appologized and said he didn't really need to give me any but just in case it hurt he thought i needed it. I would never go back again just for the way i was treated by the staff. They seemed unsure, asked each other several times what the treatment plan should be. the office was nice, TV in the waiting room confortable chairs (thank goodness with the long wait times), TV in the patient room to watch while you wait on them, no werid smells or odors, bathroom was clean. The staff seemed nice jut not very knowledgable about dental prodecures and very uncertain on how to fix problems or answer questions about treatment concerns. I'm not going back to them- i'm going to find another dentist that's got more experience
