Nice office, tv in each room for patients to watch while waiting, everyone made small talk to make you comfortable. The dentist skill was lacking in forming the shape of a crown. I got a crown and it didn't fit in my mouth without getting food stuck in it, it was sent back to add more to the sides of the crown. On my next visit they put the tooth on and it seemed too high so he ground part of the back crest off. Too much was taken off so i still get food caught in it and instead of sending it back to the lab he told me that it's ok if i just floss when i eat. I don't want to carry around floss Every time i eat, that's like flossing 4-5 times a day! i'm disapointed and filed a report with my insurance to re-do the tooth again. Wish me luck becasue i'll need it since the dentist office argues to the death that it doesn't need to be re-done and it's struchurely sound and they've done nothing wrong. more

Their office was very clean, good seating, office staff seemed nice enough. I got a cleaning and a filling completed. The dental lady that cleaned my teeth was nice but serious. I didn't have that ""i just got back from the dentist"" clean feeling from my teeth. It felt more like i just brished them really well but i've had better cleanings from previous offices. The dentist Dr.Sarosh Shamsi Seemed very new to the practice and unsure of what he was doing . It was just a cavity that needed filled but he had his assistant help him out and between the 2 of them there was a lot of asking each other what they should do next. I felt very uneasy of the job they did, just not confident of the work quality. It felt like a guessing game on how to fix my tooth. I'm not going back just becasue i Prefer someone with more experience. more

On my most recent visist I waited for over an hour to be helped and it took 2.15hrs for the entire appointment for what turned out to be a total of 32 minutes of actual dental work. The dentist argued with me about getting a shot, told me i needed one, and then once he started working on my teeth appologized and said he didn't really need to give me any but just in case it hurt he thought i needed it. I would never go back again just for the way i was treated by the staff. They seemed unsure, asked each other several times what the treatment plan should be. the office was nice, TV in the waiting room confortable chairs (thank goodness with the long wait times), TV in the patient room to watch while you wait on them, no werid smells or odors, bathroom was clean. The staff seemed nice jut not very knowledgable about dental prodecures and very uncertain on how to fix problems or answer questions about treatment concerns. I'm not going back to them- i'm going to find another dentist that's got more experience more
