Review content:
Add me to the discontents! I had 2 xrays on front teeth (first time ever on front teeth). After the xrays I was told ins. would not cover. I objected since I had never had front teeth xrayed. I was then told the $40 charge would not be made, and my chart would be so noted for future visits. When I checked out the charge showed up. Again I protested and was told the charge would be deleted. I did pay $40 on VISA for another procedure the ins. didn't cover. Then, the first statement I received included the xray charge. I went to the office and was told the $40 credit for the xrays would be credited to my acct. in 4-6 weeks. It has been almost 2 mo. w/o a credit. I disputed with VISA and they called Nanston and was told the charge was never applied. My statement says differently. Back to Nanston office tomorrow to dispute again. If no satisfaction, I'll probably tell them I will go ahead and pay the $30 bal. on my statement (not clear how that is the balance due), and tell them they can throw my chart away since I'll not be returning.
