Let us leave the lot with the GAS LIGHT ON!! The car was dirty, and two days after the purchase our check engine light came on. Car salesman, Matt Marchbanks, told us it was a problem we didn't need to fix-- but we needed a new O2 censor. He told us that wasn't covered under the 48-month warranty we purchased. As we left the lot I had inquired about keyless entry. Matt said he would see what he could do. The next day I got a phone call that their printer had messed up, so they needed me to drive the 50 miles to come and resign the papers that day. I work in Midtown Atlanta, and said there was no way I could drive that. He offered to meet me half way (still a 50 mile round trip!!, not to mention lost work time!!) and at that meeting said he would have the keyless entry for me the next week. Over the next TWO MONTHS, he said he had sent the key... that he sent it to the wrong address... etc. When we finally involved a manager, the manger just handed the phone back over to the salesman who said, ""Look, there is no key coming."" I asked why he had told us there was a key repeatedly (every week for the last two months), and he admitted that he had lied. I said that was completely unethical--and he agreed. He told me that we didn't need to be having this conversation. I asked why he had lied-- why for two months he had said there would be a key, and now nothing?! I said he could have just said no from the beginning- but he just tried to get off the phone as quickly as possible! DON'T GO HERE! They have no respect for their customers and will openly lie to you!!! Pros: Stayed late with us to finish the deal Cons: EVERY PART OF THIS EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN HORRIBLE.
