HORRIBLE BEWARE dont buy anything from AUTO GALLERY. We drove 7 hours to look at a 2011 car that they said had no dents or damage to the car. Well, that was a lie their was damage to the car inside and out. We drove the car and I noticed that the key in the car was a valet key. Auto Gallery didnt even tell us about that we would not get the key less entry keys which cost $400.00 LIES LIES LIES. VERY UNPROFESSSIONAL the whole staff. Wasted gas, money and time. Dont trust what they say. more

3 words . Great customer service! Not high prices or interest rates,treatment from sales rep was great. Wasnt too much worried about anything else because of the down payment I ready to put on my new car. Other then that ,touche on whoever training staff on how to make a customer feel like their at a 5 star hotel. PS. Love my new 6 series!\r \r I rate my experience 6 stars! more

Had my eye on a new or used Volkswagen Jetta and I went down several dealerships down Browns Bridge Road . Auto Gallery gave a competitive edge with prices,provided excellent customer service and this was a month ago so why am I writing this review now? I was registered for their monthly giveaway and won a freaking IPAD!!!! So not only did I get my Volkswagen that I love at a great price ,I got a free ipad almost a month later!!! YIPEEEEEE!!! more

2 thumbs up. Im a new resident from Chicago and just moved to Georgia and was a little stressed out finding a car . Went to several dealerships and wasnt to impressed. My aunt bought a car from Auto Gallery and referenced that I should check what they have due to her good experience. \r \r Must say I was impressed by their customer service skills and the car payment I end up getting on my Jeep Laredo.\r \r I guess their customer services skills is creating a domino effect with in time Im pretty sure Im going to tell the next person they need to try Auto Gallery.\r \r more

Was spectacle in buying a new car due to high rates and unfilled promises from a lot of dealerships. I was quite surprised and pleased with Auto Gallery. Even through we drove a 40 minute drive. We came in ,We didn't spend hours waiting. They had a great room for me and my kids to play. They provided us with 5 star customer service. The interest rates werent high and they worked with us with our down payment We bought a Infiniti Base and we must say we are very happy.. I usually don't write reviews but I have to say I was impressed enough to write and share our experience!. Mary is a great sales person and I will be referring to friends and family.\r THANK YOU! more
