We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. I had to put in one star- but there should be none. I have had 2 extremely bad experiences with this company. The first time the bus left without us, when I called the rep said she didn't have us booked, when I said I had a confirmation email she said we had to have been late. REFUSED a refund. I finally got that after many hours of phone calls (where she was hostile) and emails. Tried again the following year. This time we called to confirm reservation. This time we were told that I had to come to the office (that closed at 4:00) to sign for the trip the following morning or the ticket couldn't be issued. I was working till 7:30 that night. It doesn't say that on the website. Also she said I had booked pickup at a different location. When I said I had the confirmation email stating the correct place she said she had changed it. An out and out lie. They did, however charge my AMEX. I WILL NEVER AGAIN ATTEMPT TO USE THIS SERVICE. TRAVEL- OR AT LEAST ATTEMPT TO- AT YOUR OWN PERIL.
