Review content:
I bought a swingset from Sunline. I should have known better than to buy it because everytime we went in the price and details changed depending on who we talked to. Cindy, the owner, is very difficult to deal with. The customer service is bad to begin with but once you have paid in full it gets even worse. Our swingset that we paid $1600.00 for was missing pieces. When my husband went to talk to them, the man at the desk was very nice and tried to help but Cindy refused to do anything. We just wanted the missing pieces. My husband even offered to accept a piece of wood and he would make something in place of the missing pieces to support the swingset. No, they would not even give us a piece of wood in place of the missing pieces. By the way this swingset was a surprise Birthday gift for my 2 year old and we had lined up family and friends to help put it together so it had to get done that day. Guess what Sunline could not have cared less. Don't buy anything from them. Its not worth it. There is a reason they have a huge sign saying that all sales are final. I am shocked they are still in business.
