My wife and I had dinner there tonight. The service was horrible. We were not given tableware or napkins when seated, when the order was taken, or when our appetizers were brought to us. I had to stand on line at the take out register for some time to get a napkin and a fork each. We asked for knives as well, but the hostess told us we didnt need them for the spring roll and to just hold it and eat it from our hands. We asked her for knives to be brought to us when the main meal was served. She didnt bring any. We asked the waiter for knives when he brought the main meal. He never brought any. No one stopped by to see if we needed more water, which I did. I had to go back up to the take out line to ask for one knife for my wife and I to share and one more glass of water. There was no compensatory reduction on the bill for the atrocious service.
Pros: Food was OK
Cons: Horrible service, costs about twice as much as most Asian restaurants
