GREAT PLACE TO FIX YOUR CELL PHONE! I dropped my Droid X & got a ""pressure crack"" in it. Didn't break the outside screen, but broke the LCD inside. Thought I was going to have to replace it & pay the ""early upgrade fee"" & shell out big bucks for a new phone. The sales guy at Verizon (thank you Christian McLain!) suggested I see if Yakety Yak could fix it. I called, they had the part in stock, I dropped it off at lunch & picked it up after work the same day!
I had also called Motorola, who quoted a little higher price, plus the $35 overnight mailing fee both ways & a week without my cell....getting my phone fixed locally & in one day was wonderful.
I found the customer service was great, courteous, & I am one happy customer to have my phone fixed!!!!
