Review content:
We just bought a 2012 Jayco Eagle Super Lite 256RKS. It is impossible for me to say enough positive things about the staff at the Hillsboro location.
Our salesman, Dusty, went through every trailer with me, and then turned around and did it all again when my fiance' was there. When we decided on a trailer and then, the next day, determined that it wouldn't be a good fit, he cheerfully went through inventory again using the new requirements in order to find one that would be perfect. Even while risking losing a sale, he sent us to the Wood Village store to look at a trailer Hillsboro didn't have. Ever candid with his buying advice, he is the epitome of the patient gentleman.
Jason, the manager, made the whole transaction a wonderful experience. I never felt pressured, I didn't need to haggle, and I felt that I was getting a more-than-fair deal. Honesty and integrity cannot be underestimated in how people perceive a purchase of this size.
I would be remiss were I to forget Stan, the finance guy. When he thought that one bank's deal was not up to par, he went looking to find us a better one. He made sure that we were able to complete the purchase in a timely and straightforward manner.
When ""sales"" guys council you on why a less-expensive product is a better use of your money than a more costly option, you know that they have your best interests at heart. This team has won my loyalty, my appreciation, and respect. I will be back and I will send every one of my friends there as well.
