You people are not ""entitled"" to any appropriateness or professionalism, nor does your opinion of any collectors proffesionality count. If indeed the debt was not yours it is not the companies responsibility to clear it up via credit reporting agencies and original client, IT""S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. If they rolled over everytime a deadbeat cried foul, they would be out of business. The fact is I GUARANTEE most of you owe money, and this isn't the only collection company chasing your trashy ass. The fact that you are complaining means they are effective and doing their job. And also....YOU don't get to choose anymore, you're stuck dealing with them till YOU get it cleared up. GROW UP AND PAY YOUR BILLS!
