I called in to pay my hospital bill sent to collections..after being put on hold continuously, I spoke to TIM the ""account manager"" I offered to make 4 monthly payments, and he flat out refused my offer, I told him I could not afford any more, and he said ""I don't Care"", I asked to speak to a Supervisor, JUNE came on the phone, she was worse than TIM, she refused my offer for payment, spoke to me like I was 3 years old, and told me to be quiet, and I told her to speak to me like an adult, I do have a college education after all, she replied "" Well good for you (My Name), then you should be able to figure out how to pay your bill!"" I will Never pay them a cent, I do not trust them. I will call my original creditor and pay directly. I am also going to complain to the Better B B. RUDE and Ignorant people...they must be miserable people, working for minimum wage.
