After deciding on the Nashville area as our future home, we looked for a realtor by searching for the ""best, number one"", etc. April's name came to the top, and the rest is history. After an initial face to face meeting on our way through town, April knew exactly what we were looking for in a home. Living 500 miles away, this was really important. We called her over the next eight months with questions about potential homes we saw on the MLS. Several times April went to check out these homes to see if they were a perfect match for us. For eight months, the answer was no. Then one Monday, standing inside a home we had questioned her about, she sounded so excited that we got in the car within an hour, and started our drive. We saw the home on Tuesday, put in our offer on Wednesday, and the deal was accepted by that afternoon. We had seen the home one time! But because April knew what we wanted, we trusted her enough to drive the 500 miles on the spur of the moment, and make our offer. We're still thrilled with our new home, and can't wait to actually live there, when it's time to retire. Thanks a million April! Carol and Lance
