April Consulo is outstanding. Her knowledge, history, reputation, and awesome team made our home sale and selection process very easy. April and her staff sold our home in the Franklin area in 4 days. Although the actual sales process was relatively short, her preparation and work that led to the sale of our home was a process of over 1 year. April spent many nights working late with us in our home to sort out the many questions we had about upgrading to larger home. She also advised us on the appropriate timing to sell our home based on what we were looking to move into and what the market trends were suggesting. April showed unbelievable patience and understanding when at times I'm sure it was tough. April also handled the purchase of our new home as well. She was more than happy to lead the charge and find us exactly what our family needed. During the selection process, the main thing we appreciated about April was that she constantly communicated with us and we really relied on her input and direction to help guide us. It was a reassuring feeling to know we could rely on April to help answer the tough questions not typically thought about when purchasing a home (area, price, builders, seller agent). Once we decided on a place, the rest was so easy - it was a celebration process rather than a stress-filled process. If you are in the market to sell, purchase or do both in the Nashville or surrounding area, you need to sit down with April and she will earn your respect both on a personal and professional level.
