We apologize that your visit to our clinic did not exceed your expectations. When a patient voices a concern regarding the care they received from one of our physicians, we take those concerns seriously. All of our physicians meet the requirements to practice medicine in the state of Texas. If you would like to make a formal complaint regarding the care you received, please contact the Clinic Manager at the location you visited. Texas MedClinic has an internal process for reviewing complaints regarding physicians and we appreciate your comments. We do hope that, regardless of your last experience, you'll visit one of our clinics when you need care for your next set of symptoms.
