Your overall satisfaction level with the car buying experience often comes down to the individual sales rep you are working with. Jerry H. at Steve White Motors certainly made this transaction the most enjoyable for me and my family. Jerry H. is genuine, knowledgeable, honest, courteous, and a very professional person. I was fairly particular with this purchase and had a lot of specific questions about my vehicle. Jerry and his manager, Bush, worked diligently to answer ALL (there were a lot!) of my questions in a very timely manner. They even took great care of requests I had after the sale! I travelled out to Hickory from Raleigh to pick up my Jeep, and it was well worth the trip. They offered to deliver it to my house, but I like to drive! :) Steve White Motors gave me a good price on the vehicle & streamlined the buying process, but it's the quality of the overall sales experience that has me highly recommending Jerry H. & Steve White Motors
