On average, I work 75 hours a week and barely have time to sleep, neitherless to do laundry. I used to use a drop-off service and was happy because it took the pressure off me to get my laundry done. Then I discovered L&Y and I've been in heaven ever since. Pick-up is definitely the way to go. L&Y picks up my loads, sorts at no additional cost and makes my life easy. I also use their dry-cleaning service and I'm happy - it comes back within 72 hours and has come back as quickly as 48 hours. The price for both services is so reasonable. In terms of laundry, I pay only slightly more than I would if I went to the laundromat myself.
