I ALWAYS DID MY OWN LAUNDRY AT HOME UNTIL MY WASHER WENT ON THE FRITZ .I FOUND THIS COMPANY ON LINE I THOUGHT I WOULD USE THEM ONLY ONCE THEN TWICE . I HAVE REPAIRED MY WASHER AND STILL USE THEM BECASUE OF SUCH GREAT SERVICE IN ALL ASPECTS. CUSTOMER SERVICE, PICK UP & DELIVERY ,FOLDING OF CLOTHES SOCK'S AND UNDERGARMENT'S ARE RETURNED IN SEPERATE BAGS. I SEND THE CLOTHES ALL MIXED UP AND THE COME BACK SORTED AS IF THEY KNEW MY FAMILY OF 4 MY KIDS CLOTHES ARE SET ASIDE BOYS & GIRLS AND SO ARE MY HUSBANDS & MINE. I TELL YOU THEY ARE THE BEST OH AND FROM WHERE THEY ARE LOCATED I LIVE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF BROOKLYN IN EAST WILLIAMSBURG AND THEY NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH PICKING UP MY LOADS AT ANY TIME.... THANK YOU MIKE & STAFF
