Review content:
MIstake was made during templating. We pointed it to the template guy and were told it was fine. Turns out it was'nt fine. E and B refused to stand behind thier work and basically said too bad. We fought and fought to get money back. After 3 separate times 3 different people came to verify it was indeed thier fault; they finally gave a minimal amount of money back. We thought this was one of the best granite places and paid more to use them. Even after the refund, it was more then a couple of other places around STL and the counter will forever be wrong.
Pros: nice installers
Cons: dont stand behind thier mistakes
