Great Service, Great Product. 3/2/2011

Overall very happy with E&B Granite. From our salesman (John), to the template guy (Jim) to the installers (Jason) to the granite itself. We went with the black pearl and love it! John the salesman was very knowledgeable and very helpful during the selection process. Jim the template guy was very nice and did a great job laying out all of our pieces and making sure we were on the ""same page"". The installers were great also. The sink that they had with them had a scratch so they were up front and did not install it. They went back to the office got a new one and installed it right away. Thanks to E&B Granite for the wonderful granite counters! more

Not worth it 5/17/2010

MIstake was made during templating. We pointed it to the template guy and were told it was fine. Turns out it was'nt fine. E and B refused to stand behind thier work and basically said too bad. We fought and fought to get money back. After 3 separate times 3 different people came to verify it was indeed thier fault; they finally gave a minimal amount of money back. We thought this was one of the best granite places and paid more to use them. Even after the refund, it was more then a couple of other places around STL and the counter will forever be wrong. Pros: nice installers Cons: dont stand behind thier mistakes more

I WAS THRILLED WITH THE WORK THAT THE E&B GRANITE INSTALLERS DID AT MY HOUSE. THEY WERE FAST, AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN WHEN I NEED MORE GRANITE. WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND PLEASENT PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH ON THE PHONE. more
