Review content:
I've been there twice, and both times it was absolutely awful. The first time was for my senior prom. I bought my dress from there because the one I found was gorgeous. But the service was awful and the people ridiculous. They don't allow you to take pictures or tell you the style numbers of the dresses. They only write them down for in store use, so you can't go anywhere and ask for the same dress. They even change the style numbers to their own internal numbers on the dress tags. So anyway, even after the horrible service, I purchased my prom dress from the shop. When my dress came in, it needed about a thousand alterations. It had very intricate detailing around the bottom with only about a 4 inch section of fabric separating it from the floor. SInce the dress needed to be hemmed, they decided to hack at the bottom of the dress to shorten it. Of course, I was unaware of all of this until I got the dress home once all of the alterations were finished. The bottom was jagged and uneven, including the 3 layers underneath it as well. It was awful!!!!
So why did I go back? Well, I had been looking at wedding gowns online and found this gorgeous Maggie Sotterro gown I loved. I called all around, to every bridal shop in the area, no one had the dress I wanted to see. So reluctantly I made an appointment to go try the dress on. When I got there, the women were awful. They were of no help whatsoever. It was my first time out looking for a wedding dress, but I thought maybe they were supposed to at least offer suggestions. Nothing! They made the day anything but enchanted. It was awful. Just stay away!
