Review content:
The photographer was extremely nice, and very easy to work with; however, I was not very pleased with the overall variety of pictures..... I received HORRIBLE service from the studio--- my proofs were not posted online until almost 2 months after my wedding ( and I was told by the photographer and the studio that they would be posted within a week or two).... and other subsequent weddings were posted before mine...... When I called the studio regarding the online proofs, I was told a number of random false stories as to why they were not posted ( including---- they must be in route to the lab still, the proofs were misplaced at the lab, and the disk the photographer gave them was blank and he didnt bring another copy back to them in a timely fashion.).... I didn't know what to believe. I was not pleased with the service, and would NOT advise anyone to book them for their wedding.
Pros: Nice Photographer. Very easy going.
Cons: staff members, getting info and products to clients in a timely fashion, etc....
