Modern Image is all around a great place to do business with. From start to finish, they provided us with the service we requested and then some. Jeff was our photographer and was very accommodating. I'm not a Bridezilla but I was on edge for my entire wedding day. Jeff made me feel at ease and captured some great moments. Thanks again for the memories and service! more

We used Modern Images for our wedding photographer/videographer this July 2010. I am convinced there is no better company to work with then Modern Images!! I spent months researching websites, going to bridal shows and getting recommendations from other brides. In the end I was most impressed with Modern Images and actually recommended two other couples who have since used and loved their services as well. We got the best personal service from Kelly in the office who is SO on top of her emails its amazing! We used Tim for our photographer for our engagement shoot and wedding day (We love you Tim!!!). We also hired on a second photographer for the reception portion of our wedding day at a great price due to our wedding size. We also had a videographer who surprisingly asked and brought along an intern for the day at no cost to us which was AWESOME. We had 4 people shooting our day and for the BEST price around! We got a great deal and Kelly helped us customize our package to suit us best. We purchased our wedding album through Modern Images and got a free gift of choice along with our package. I was mislead about the video package I bought which was the Essentials Package. $1645.00. According to Modern Image it's a ""raw footage package"". I was unaware and not informed that this would include ceiling shots, floor shots, very shakey video, and only the back of my husbands head for the whole ceremony, the videographer saying ""that sucks"" , and taking a shot of a cake that wasn't even ours, and a close up of my cleavage. The brochure states there is editing but it's not true. It was very disappointing and my husband and I are completely unsatisfied and would not recommend thier services for videography. We are so glad that we selected Modern Image Studios to do our wedding videography. We had a viewing party and everyone was so happy with the way the video turned out. We have received so much praise and compliments on how well our video turned out. I would highly recommend Modern Image Studios. They are very easy to work with and polite. We used Modern Image Studios for our wedding at the end of May and are so happy we did! I'm having so much fun showing my pictures off! My pictures are very high quality and I'm proud of them, and we really enjoyed working with the staff. Our photographer, Wes, did a fantastic job. We had a pretty big wedding, and he captured everything that we wanted and much more. We're going to have a hard time narrowing down our favorites for our album. From start to finish, the experience that we had was great. The staff is friendly and helpful, and we were impressed with how many talented photographers they have on staff. A friend of ours referred us Modern Image and she had a different photographer, but her photos are amazing as well. I loved my experience with Modern Image Studios! The staff was friendly and helpful every step of the way. We loved our photographer and videographer.....they were great to work with the day of the wedding and did a really good job of making me, my husband, family, and friends feel comfortable in front of the camera. The pictures came out so much more beautiful than I ever could have imagined, and the video is AWESOME. I have so many ""favorite"" pictures that I'm having a hard time deciding what to use in my album!! Thank you so much for doing such good work. Picture Perfect? - ? - Today Modern Image Studios was the most pleasant wedding vendor my Husband and I worked with! I am shocked by some of these negative reviews. Our Photographer Wes C. and his wife Necia were outstanding to work with. Wes captured the beauty and emotion of our entire wedding. My husband and I will cherish these photos for a lifetime. My cousin, and a handful of friends also used Modern Image Studios for their wedding day, they too will attest to their wonderful experience and beautiful photos. A plus all the way! more

My wedding was last year during the horrible storms and flooding. Despite all that Wes Craft was on time and took beautiful pictures. We even managed to have outside pics. The album is absolutely gorgeous. The pictures turned out better than wedding pictures in a magazine. Thanks again! Pros: Very candid, captured the real feel of the day more

A friend told me about Modern Image Studios and I've been blown away with everything. I went went with them because I really felt that they had superior photographers and products - I love their specialty albums. I had great service from the beginning. Everyone who I've spoken to is nice and ready to help. The staff was great to work with... always returned my calls and emails right away. I loved my photographer! He was great to work with and really got along with both of our families. My photos were online within 2 weeks. They had a really fast turn around time on my photo orders. I got a couple of my photos framed and I ordered my album. My mom wanted to order her own album too and she has told me that they've been great too. I can honestly say that my experience was positive every step of the way. I love my album! I would highly recommend these guys. more

I used Modern Image Studios for my wedding this past summer and loved them! The staff was great to work with, very accomodating and responsive to our needs. We had a huge wedding and wanted a lot of specific shots taken, and they managed to get all of the content we were hoping for and more. Our pictures turned out great, and our album is soooooo nice......I love showing it off to friends and co-workers. Would recommend them to others!!! i spent over $4000 with them and the entire experience was horrible. took over 2 1/2 months to get my proofs, my album had to be returned for obvious defects, and the video took over 6 MONTHS to get! the whole time i was deal ing with this nightmare, their staff was rude, if they even returned a phone call. i think they stopped answering their phones for about a month, cause i called 6-7 times a day and they never answered the phone, just kept leaving voicemails. my mother got so mad that she even drove out there, but they said none of the managers were in so they couldn't do anything for her. The photographer was extremely nice, and very easy to work with; however, I was not very pleased with the overall variety of pictures..... I received HORRIBLE service from the studio--- my proofs were not posted online until almost 2 months after my wedding ( and I was told by the photographer and the studio that they would be posted within a week or two).... and other subsequent weddings were posted before mine...... When I called the studio regarding the online proofs, I was told a number of random false stories as to why they were not posted ( including---- they must be in route to the lab still, the proofs were misplaced at the lab, and the disk the photographer gave them was blank and he didnt bring another copy back to them in a timely fashion.).... I didn't know what to believe. I was not pleased with the service, and would NOT advise anyone to book them for their wedding. Pros: Nice Photographer. Very easy going. Cons: staff members, getting info and products to clients in a timely fashion, etc.... more

I was pleased with our final video product however I was not pleased how long it took. My wife and I were told our wedding video should take approximately 3 months and we didn't receive our final version until closer to 6 months. Also, we had to send the first version back (which took over 5 months) because there were a few things that still needed editing. Pros: Staff, Technology Cons: Late in delivery more
